Marco joined American Gateways in 2019. He was born and raised in Mexico City. Marco attended law school in Mexico before immigrating to the United States. He is a graduate of the University of Texas at San Antonio (B.A., 2011) and South Texas College of Law Houston (J.D., 2015). During law school, Marco represented clients facing immigration removal proceedings as part of his immigration clinic. He is licensed to practice law in Texas. Before joining American Gateways, Marco practiced criminal and immigration law in a private law firm. Marco speaks Spanish and enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters.
