Jessica joined American Gateways in 2017. She graduated in 2004 from St. Philip’s College in San Antonio, Texas with an associate’s degree in Applied Science. She spent a number of years working for a private immigration law firm prior to joining American Gateways. She assists with Legal Orientation Program (LOP), meets with pro se clients and assists with completing asylum applications, translates various documents and performs a variety of office duties including client intakes and screening. Jessica comes from an immigrant family which drives her passion for helping others who have been in her same situation. She loves spending time outdoors with her family. She is fluent in Spanish.
